Why are spots limited?+
We onboard each host personally and want tight feedback with the first cohort. That only works at a small scale, so the beta is capped and hand-selected.
Will it work with my current setup?+
luxury.host can work on top of your PMS or channel manager, or connect directly to the OTAs. Whether your exact stack is supported is evaluated individually at this stage - that's exactly why we ask about your integrations in the application.
How much control do I keep?+
Full control. Autonomy is opt-in, per action. You set thresholds, review anything before it sends, and can take the wheel at any moment. The AI drafts and acts within the boundaries you define.
Is my data safe?+
Yes. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and we never sell or share it. We're an EU company (Bratislava, Slovakia), so GDPR isn't an afterthought - it's home turf.
